AI enablement

Automation and AI agents

AI that takes work off your hands.

Imagine starting your day with research gathered, files organised or a report ready to review. I build automations and agents with clear rules for what can run on its own and what needs your approval.

For individuals, freelancers and teams who want to delegate recurring work. We first check what can be automated, what needs judgment, and what your tools allow.

What the support covers

How I help

  • Describe the work you want to hand over and the result you need to receive.
  • Choose a straightforward automation or a more flexible AI agent according to the job.
  • Connect only the files and tools needed; agree what runs independently and what needs approval.
  • Test normal cases and likely failures, with a way to stop, check and recover.
  • Hand over editable instructions or source, a run guide and a clear agreement about running costs and maintenance.

Examples of what we can do together

Automation and AI agents

Put a coding assistant to work on your files.

Delegate file preparation or a software change to Claude Code or Codex. Define the job, let the assistant do the work, then inspect the result and keep a way to undo it.

What you leave with

A tested file or code workflow, editable source, sample inputs and clear run instructions.

Tools we could use Claude Code and Codex, including their CLIs

Discuss this example: Put a coding assistant to work on your files.

Automation and AI agents

Delegate a browser or connected-app task.

Have an assistant gather research, prepare a comparison or work through a supported app task. Agree which actions can run independently and where your approval is needed.

What you leave with

A configured task workflow with defined access, approvals and a way to check the result.

Tools we could use Comet, approved connectors or a local assistant such as Grok Bot

Discuss this example: Delegate a browser or connected-app task.

Automation and AI agents

Turn a repeated procedure into a reusable skill.

Teach an assistant a process it can repeat: prepare a report, check a set of files or assemble a research brief. Define the expected result and test where it could go wrong.

What you leave with

An automation or reusable assistant, test cases and a guide for running and adjusting it.

Tools we could use Claude Code, Codex or a suitable agent workspace

Discuss this example: Turn a repeated procedure into a reusable skill.

Claude Code · terminal / CLI · Codex · app / CLI · Comet · browser tasks · Grok Bot · local desktop workflow. We choose the tool around the task. Paid subscriptions, access and any ongoing costs are discussed before we start.

HOW I WORK

Your needs first. Follow-through built in.

  1. Your needs

We start with what you want to achieve, what you have tried and what is getting in the way.

  2. Diagnosis & proposal

I assess your situation and propose an approach: what we will do, what you will receive and how we will judge progress.

  3. Implementation

We put the agreed plan into practice through coaching, team training or a build, according to your needs.

  4. Follow-up & adjustment

We meet again 1 month and 3 months after implementation: what stuck, what did not, and what needs correcting.
