We agree the work before it begins.
From your needs to an agreed plan
Tell me what you want to achieve and what is getting in the way. I establish a diagnosis and propose an approach. The proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, price, schedule, responsibilities, tool access and any ongoing costs.
Implementation may involve individual coaching, team training, automation or an AI-assisted build. Follow-up sessions at one and three months after implementation review what has stuck and what needs correcting.
Any additional maintenance or ongoing support is agreed explicitly. An enquiry, saved resource or email draft does not place an order or start a paid engagement.
Contact and practical arrangements
Work and sessions can be in English or French, for clients in France and internationally. Contact loco.consultant@gmail.com to discuss your needs. Scheduling and payment arrangements are confirmed in the written proposal; this website does not offer online checkout for the new service.
Existing agreements and information
The new presentation does not replace the terms of an existing agreement. The previous store terms remain available for reference. For an earlier order or appointment, contact Lorenzo with the relevant reference.
