I assess your situation and propose an approach: what we will do, what you will receive and how we will judge progress.
We put the agreed plan into practice through coaching, team training or a build, according to your needs.
We meet again 1 month and 3 months after implementation: what stuck, what did not, and what needs correcting.

Lorenzo worked with me on a project on ChatGPT which was giving me trouble. He gave me a number of insights that, despite being a regular user, I had not understood before. He helped me understand how to break up prompts in order to optimise ChatGPT's performance relative to token restrictions - which isn't obvious. He also had some general observations about ChatGPT's capacity (on the week Sora was released!) and what tools could work where ChatGPT was falling short. Thanks very much for helping me understand where I was going wrong and how to get the best outputs from my AI assistants!
