Withdrawal and cancellation

Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right, inform Lorenzo Colombani at the address or email above through a clear statement of your decision. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

You may also use the online Withdraw from contract function. It asks you to review and explicitly confirm the declaration, then immediately delivers a downloadable text receipt containing your declaration, its reference and receipt date/time, through the confirmation channel you select. Keep that file. If the file is not delivered, contact the email above; an unsuccessful download does not invalidate a declaration already received. You remain free to withdraw by email or another legally sufficient clear statement.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, I reimburse all payments received under that contract without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after I am informed of your decision. Reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and incurs no reimbursement fee.

If you expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and the statutory conditions are met, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied up to your withdrawal compared with the full agreed service. Your right ends after full performance only when the required express consent, acknowledgement and information have been supplied. Payment or the start of a session alone does not automatically remove it.
