Learning systems.

Learning design is a core practice, not an add-on. I was a learning designer at MCR Groupe from 2019 and led the learning function as Chief Learning Officer until 2022 — needs analysis into tailored programs and tools; curricula, scenarios, role plays, assessments and facilitator materials; the firm’s knowledge systems; 50+ training sessions for client teams from SMEs to large groups; and one certification workflow automated, from a day’s work to minutes. From 2022 to 2026 I continued the practice through my own firm, Make Working Fun, as a Getting More Senior Instructor — one of three globally — and taught at ESCP Business School in 2022–23.

Content is what you read. A learning system is what makes you able: the sequence, the exercise, the feedback, and a reason to continue. Every learning product here has all four. The slides are the least of it.
