    We agree two or three jobs and the tools people may use. Bring approved, redacted examples.

  2. Practise as a team

    Try the work, compare outputs and rehearse where a person must verify facts, privacy or a decision.

  3. Write down the method

    Keep shared instructions and a record of the session. A follow-up email helps identify what to practise next.

A few practical questions

Is this an AI Act compliance certificate?

No. The training record documents what was covered. It does not certify compliance, replace legal advice or assess every obligation that might apply to your organisation.

Is funding included or guaranteed?

No. No Qualiopi certification, OPCO funding eligibility or reimbursement is claimed. Ask about any specific procurement requirements before committing.

Can a larger organisation use this workshop?

Yes. A focused group of up to 10 people can come from an organisation of any size. Additional groups, role-specific sessions and complex governance requirements are scoped separately.

Does everyone need a paid AI account?

We agree the tools beforehand. Participants need accounts they are permitted to use, and any subscriptions remain separate from the workshop price.
