A few practical questions
Does this include faster or emergency booking?
No. The same minimum 72-hour notice applies. Reserved monthly time is not an on-call or same-day service.
What if I need more than three hours?
Extra work requires a separate agreement. The 15% discount applies to separately booked sessions and workshops, not to an unlimited extension of the retainer.
Do unused hours roll over?
The written quote sets out how the monthly hours are used, whether any hours carry over and how to end the arrangement. We agree those terms before work starts.
How do I start monthly support?
Add Lorenzo+ to your quote request and tell me what you need. We agree the scope, availability and payment terms in writing before the first month begins. The quote builder does not activate a subscription or collect payment.
